Sogeti Group Management Appointments

Luc-François Salvador, Chief Executive Officer of Sogeti Group, consolidates the positioning of the IT services company internationally and appoints his management team.

SOGETI, the new name of the IT Services Provider leader in IT services and proximity engineering, 100% subsidiary of the Capgemini Group, confirms its considerable growth in Europe and the USA. The IT Services Provider, made up of 15,000 employees with 9,000 in France, reinforces its international strategy by establishing Sogeti UK and reinforcement of Sogeti Deutschland, and developing its offer towards proximity high value services. This tactic is combined with the appointment of the following directors:

- Christian Gleyo, in charge up until now of operations outside of France, has been appointed Deputy CEO of Sogeti Group.

- Hervé Canneva has been appointed Secretary General of Sogeti Group, notably in charge of: Legal, M&A, Human Resources, Social Affairs, IT Systems, Communication and General Services Departments.

- Hans van Waayenburg has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Europe. Jeroen Versteeg has been appointed CEO of Sogeti Nederland. At the time of establishing Sogeti UK, Guilain du Couedic has been appointed CEO. Maarten Galesloot has been appointed CEO of the entity Sogeti Deutschland.

- Philippe Tavernier, COO, is in charge of Sogeti France Operations.

- Gérard Mezin, managing the Sales Development Department, will be promoting the transverse sales operations.

- Philippe Carette has joined Sogeti as CEO of Sogeti High Tech. He is also in charge of the worldwide promotion of High Tech Consulting activities.

- Gérald Karsenti has joined Sogeti as Chairman of Sogeti Application Services Ile-de-France. He is also in charge of AS discipline in France.
