Sogeti Group acquires 100% of InQA.labs
Sogeti focuses on international expansion through acquisition of high value added companies specializing in strategic niche areas. Sogeti, one of the world leader of the test software, reinforces its position in Spain on this market segment.
Paris/Barcelone 2007 01 22 – Sogeti, a leader in IT services and R&D Outsourcing and wholly owned subsidiary of the international Capgemini Group, today announced the acquisition of InQA.labs, which provides quality assurance to actors of IT sector and expansion of its Spain Software Testing and Quality Assurance services.
Sogeti is today in testing with 1500 people of which 1200 in Europe (France/Swiss/Belgium/Luxembourg/Spain/Germany/Netherlands/UK/Ireland/Denmark/Sweden) and USA and 300 people in India. Owner, developer and distributor of the world leading test methods TMAP and TPI. Sogeti is offering the best value in onshore- and offshore services in the testing area.
