PSA has adopted Sogeti-Transiciel’s TRANSMUX solution. We should remember that this tool was nominated for the 2004 Léonards Grand Prix for Innovation.
TRANSMUX is a diagnostic and rating tool for new embedded electronic automobile architecture. Using it ensures greater reliability of electronic components and software systems of new vehicles such as the 407 and C5.
PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN’s Rennes site is firmly established as its production centre for top-of-the range vehicle platforms. With the aim of supporting the Group,
SOGETI-TRANSICIEL has developed an “automobile division” within its Rennes laboratory. The latter boasts acknowledged skills in the field of embedded industrial systems, real-time systems, electronic system architectures and multiplexed networks.
The TRANSMUX system allows parameterisable and simultaneous recordings on 4 multiplexed networks (CAN / LIN /K).
Simplicity and ergonomy of use, allied with the results of the recordings made on the CAN networks, ensure a better system of measurement and quality of the validation and manufacturing processes.
TRANSMUX is aimed at industrial companies (railway, aerospace…) that use the CAN protocol in developing their new products.
TRANSMUX was nominated for the 2004 Léonards trophy for the Automatic Control Peripherals section comprising inter alia measurement tools, sensors and fieldbuses.
