Sogeti Group focuses on international expansion through acquisition of high value added companies specializing in strategic niche areas to gain an edge on local competitors
Paris/Hamburg 2006 08 17 –Sogeti, a leader in IT services and R&D Outsourcing and wholly owned subsidiary of the international Capgemini Group, today announced the acquisition of FuE Group and expansion of its German HT operations.
The transaction is subject to approval by the German Federal Cartel Office.
